Initial Assessment
60-minute session — in person at our Chester clinic or via video call. You'll leave with a clear diagnosis and a plan.
Treatment Plan
A personalised rehab programme with exercises, timelines, and milestones — delivered the same day. No waiting around for answers.
Recovery & Beyond
Follow-up sessions if needed, return-to-sport programming, and injury prevention strategies to keep you performing at your best.
What to Expect
Your initial assessment is a thorough 60-minute session where I'll get to the bottom of what's going on. Treatment often starts in the first session — you won't just be assessed and sent away.
Follow-up sessions are around 30 minutes and focus on progressing your rehab, hands-on treatment, and getting you back to full function as quickly as possible.

Subjective Assessment
We'll discuss your injury history, symptoms, goals, and the demands of your sport or activity
Physical Assessment
Range of motion, strength testing, and functional movement assessments to pinpoint the issue
Diagnosis & Explanation
A clear explanation of what's wrong, why it happened, and what needs to happen next
Treatment Starts Day One
Where appropriate, hands-on treatment begins in your first session — you won't just be told to go home and rest
What to Wear & Bring
Comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring any previous scan results or reports if you have them
